StarTec Internal Training

Our management organized a 3 days internal training from 29th to 31st Oct.

The training is mainly to enhance our team spirit and cooperation between each dept.

Teacher suggested us to utilize military culture, family culture and school culture to manage a team.

He advocates PK culture between teams, dept. to stimulate every one's full potential to contribute the team.

During the training, we are divided into several groups. Training teacher arranged 3 tasks every day to let us finish and compete with other groups.

During the process to finish these tasks, we experienced more deeply about team-work. Every one contributed his/her best efforts to the team.

All of our workers enjoyed these 3 days and learnt a lot.

We promised that we will keep this spirit into dainly work.
